Miami Noize 2013

With my studies almost finished for the year I am happy to tell you that I will have more time again to post some more music on here. I’m also moving back to Germany at the end of March to hopefully live in Berlin at some point in the near future.
Enough of me, more of the music: Miami Noize 2013 has just been released and as always it shows off the more ingenious and playful side of the artists signed to Boys Noize records. It starts of with ‘Scoping’ by D.I.M., a mellow and incandescently modulated lead synth soothes the listener throughout the song while mellifluous female vocals do all the handiwork. Bart B More’s ‘Bounce back’ does faultlessly what the name says. Effervescent 808 kicks and unyielding hi hats give this bomb a concrete foundation until the noxious bass drops. A meritorious successor to ‘Brap’. To finish it off we have SCNTST with ‘Sun king’, still the youngest (I believe) producer signed to this label. Like ‘Scoping’, this cut presents itself ripened and untroubled unlike most other tracks on this compilation.
